  • Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), the National Book Trust (NBT) has launched the new initiative #StayHomeIndiaWithBooks today. Its objective is to encourage people to read books while at home.
  • Under this initiative, NBT will provide its and best-selling books for FREE Download in PDF format.
  • #StayHomeIndiaWithBooks,
    - Users can easily download the PDF format from the NBT's website https://nbtindia.gov.in.
    - And these books are available in Hindi, English, Asamiya, Bangla, Gujarati, Malayalam, Odia, Marathi, Kokborok, Mizo, Bodo, Nepali, Tamil, Punjabi, Telugu, Kannada, Urdu, and Sanskrit language.
    - The books will cover all genres of fiction, biography, popular science, teacher's handbook, and especially books for children and young adults.
    - In the NBT website, there are many books which are written by Rabindranath Tagore, Munshi Premchand, and Mahatma Gandhi, etc.
