HDFC has recently increased its home loan interest rates by 0.05% to 0.20%. This home finance company has increased home loan rates after five years, and this time it has been taken care of that the slowest increase in lower loan amounts is the least affected. HDFC has shown the reason for the increase in loan costs. This will increase the borrowers' EMIs. HDFC has said that the new rates will be deemed effective from April 1.
