If this happens then about 27 percent of the state's officials and employees will benefit. Shivraj Singh said that the Commissioner's system in the state will be implemented in every situation.

CM said that the issue of reservation in the promotion is still under consideration in the Supreme Court, and the promotion of many employees and officials is stuck. For no one to retire without promotion, the age of retirement has been increased from 60 years to 62 years.
