Enforcement Directorate (ED) has sought help from the Interpol to locate the fugitive diamond trader Nirav Modi and his family. He is the main accused of the Punjab National Bank (PNB) scam of the billions of rupees. According to sources, the agency had requested the Interpol last week to find and arrest Modi, who is absconding with his family from the first week of January. In the matter of cheating PNB, ED and CBI are being investigated against Gitanjali Group's spokesman Modi and his business associates and Mama Mehul Choksi, under which this step has been taken.
