According to officials of the Home Ministry, a suicide bomber blew himself up on the way between Ali Abd Hospital and Kabul University. Afghanistan's Health Ministry has confirmed the deaths of 29 people and injured 52 people in this blast. This terrorist attack happened on the occasion of Nowruz.
