The first hearing in the Delhi High Court on the appeals of the CBI and ED in the 2G case included in the country's biggest scandal. In this case, the court has issued the notice to all 19 accused, including A. Raja. The court has given 2 weeks time to all of them to give their reply on this notice.
The ED and the CBI had challenged the decision of the Patiala House Court which came on December 21 last year in the Delhi High Court, in which all the accused in the 2G case was acquitted. Delhi High Court has upheld the date for May 25 for next hearing.
