Highlights, - It can be used to treat patients who have been discharged from Intensive Care Units (ICU). The device enriches oxygen in the air up to 35% and it doesn't require any type of trained manpower for its operation.
Membrane Oxygenator Equipment, - It is a device used to add oxygen to and remove CO2 from the blood. And, we can use this equipment in two ways:- 1. to imitate the function of the lungs in cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB), and 2. to oxygenate blood in longer-term life support, which is also known as Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO).
