S.K. Singla Appointed as New Ambassador of India to Israel

Sanjeev Kumar Singla (IFS:1997 Batch Cadre Officer) has been appointed as the New Ambassador of India to Israel.
Singla replaces Pavan Kapoor, who was appointed as India's Ambassador to Israel in 2016.
Prior to this appointment, he was working as Private Secretary to Prime Minister.
In another appointment, Shri Upender Singh Rawat has been appointed as the Next Ambassador of India to Panama.
Rawat replaces Ravi Thapar.
