Retired Indian Navy Chief Admiral Sushil Kumar authored a book 'A Prime Minister to Remember - Memories of a Military Chief' published by Konark Publishers Private Limited, New Delhi.
On 30th December 1998, Sushil Kumar had been appointed as the 16th Chief of Naval Staff.
Kumar was the Flag Officer Commanding-in-Chief of the Southern Naval Command in Kochi, before being appointed as the Chief of Naval Staff.
