Varun Raheja (Mechanical Engineer) from Indore, Madhya Pradesh has designed a Low-Cost Solar dryer, the job of drying up crops equally well. Solar Dryer is devices which helps farmers to dry up their crop, fruits, and medicinal plants.
Rich farmers can easily access the solar-dyer but small and medium farmers can't use this equipment because of its higher cost.
Varun changed the design of the solar-dryer to make it more cost-effective. He mostly used those spare parts which are easily available in the market.
