3. A Dubai court has sentenced three Indians to 517 years of imprisonment in the case of fraud. This matter is related to lime of thousands of investors in the multi-million dollar fraud case. It is alleged that the company raised money from investors by promising huge returns and failed in returns. This verdict was pronounced against the Sydney-based Sydney Limousone and his senior account specialist Ryan D'Souza.
4. The Reserve Bank of India (RBI) has imposed a penalty of Rs 3 crore on IDBI Bank for not following the instructions. RBI has imposed this penalty on IDBI Bank for not complying with the instructions issued regarding income recognition and asset classification norms.
