Every year Indian Army release the Open Bharti Rally posts and Officer Jobs Notification. Thousands of candidates participate in the Recruitment Rally, out of which some can get the job, but few didn't get the opportunity, because of less knowledge of screening procedure.
Indian Army Rally - How to Apply
All interested candidates who are seeking Indian Army Jobs after 10 through Recruitment Rally or who are joining Indian army as JCO/ OR are required to fill Online Application Form on joinindianarmy website. The Online Registration process is compulsory for all the candidates.
In this article, we are providing the eligibility criteria for Indian Army Recruitment Rally posts. First of all, we are discussing the age and qualification criteria for army rally posts.
1. Qualification and Age Criteria for Recruitment Rally Posts:

Soldier Clerk/ Store Keeper Technical (All Arms) | Pass 12th standard in any discipline with aggregate 50% marks and 40% in each subject. The Candidates should have studied and passed English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping in Class X or Class XII with 40% marks in each subject. OR In case of Graduate with Maths and English as a subject in BSc, the stipulation of 40% in Class X or Class XII is waived off. In case of graduate without English and Maths/ Accounts/Book Keeping, he should have scored more than 40% in English and Maths/ Accounts/ Book Keeping at least once in Class X or Class XII. |

A. The first step of Recruitment Rally posts is Physical Measurement (height/ chest) and documents verification round, candidate brings all the original + photocopies of following documents which are mentioned in the post at the time of army rally which is held at a various army recruiting offices and centers of Indian Army.

B. The second step is Physical Fitness Test which carrying 100 marks and contains following test such as 1.6 km running, pull-ups, balance, and 9 feet ditch and after-that those candidates who are passed the fitness test, he will call for Medical and Written Examination.
3. Indian Army Physical Fitness Procedure for Recruitment Rally Posts:
A) 1.6 Km Running Marks :

C) Balance Marks: Candidate should qualify balance round but it has no marks.

Third and Final Step for Recruitment Rally posts is Written Examination; Only those candidate will allow facing third round which qualifies Physical Fitness and Medical Test round. Indian Army sends Written Exam Call Letter for selected candidate and after-that those candidates who qualify the Written Exam, he will be selected as an officer in Indian Army after the training in various training centers of Indian Army which spread all over the country.
