INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES REGARDING THE WRITTEN TEST
1. Candidate should report by 9:30 AM at the center. No candidate shall be allowed to enter the center
after the commencement of Exam.
2. The candidate must carry Hall Ticket for the written test.
3. Mobile/Any Electronic Gadgets is prohibited in Examination Hall. It will attract disqualification.
4. Witten test will cover the subject of Mental/Arithmetic Ability, Aptitude Test, Analytical Ability, General English, G.K. and Current Affairs.
5. Written Test will carry 100 MCQ Type Question each carrying one mark to be answered with a black ballpoint pen. No change in the answer is allowed. There is no negative marking. If more than one option is selected for one question, then no marks will be awarded for that question. Duration of written test will be one hour.
6. Persons with Disability (PWD) candidates will be given the extra time of one-third of normal duration as per eligibility for written test as well as a typing test.
7. On the basis of the written test, top 20 candidates will be shortlisted for typing test & computer skill test.
8. The result of the Written Exam will be declared on our website WWW.CBKASAULI.ORG.
9. Typing Test in English and Hindi will be conducted on 07.04.2018 at 1200 hours. It will be qualifying nature. Criteria for qualifying of typing test: 30 w.p.m. in English or 25 w.p.m. in Hindi.
10. Candidates are required to have working skills of MS Word, MS Office/Excel/Powerpoint on the computer. These will also be tested. This test will be of qualifying nature.
11. The final selection will be on the basis of marks obtained in Written Test subject to qualifying in the Typing Test & computer test collectively.
12. The candidates are required to bring the original certificates and one self-attested photocopy of all the documents i.e. Matriculation certificate, Certificate of Educational/Technical Qualification, OBC certificate, PWD certificate, Experience certificate, departmental undertaking, 03 passport size photographs if any.
13. The Candidature of all candidates is purely provisional and is subject to verification of particulars given in the documents/mentioned in the application.
14. Further instructions will be given by the Invigilator at the test Centre.
15. Please note that no TA/DA will be paid for appearing in the Written Test.
16. Candidates are required to make their own arrangement for boarding/lodging etc.
