Western Railway Recruitment 2019 - Western Railway has released Job notification for dynamic, self-motivated and energetic young qualified candidates for the 238 Posts of Commercial Cum Ticket Clerk against General Departmental Competitive Examination (GDCE Quota). Western Railway hires candidates who completed
12th Class or those Candidates who are seeking the latest government jobs can use this opportunity. Interested candidates are applied for the position on or before the last date of application.
Qualification12th (+2 Stage) or equivalent with not less than 50% marks in the aggregate. 50% marks are not to be insisted upon in case of SC/ST/ SC/ST /PWD/ ExServicemen and candidate who possess qualifications higher than 12th (+2 Stage).
Age LimitThe upper age limit will be 42 years for General candidates, 45 years for OBC candidates and 47 years for SC/ST candidates. Age will be reckoned as on 1st July 2019.

Selection ProcedureSeparate single stage written examinations -Computed Based Test(CBT)/ OMR based examinations will be conducted for NTPC (Graduate) categories and NTPC (Under-Graduate) categories. The choice of the post should be given at the time of application.

- Fill in the basic details for registration.
- Login using the Registration number & password sent to your registered mobile number.
- Enter your old password and set your new Password and click on the Change Password icon.
- Follow the instructions and complete the registration process step-by-step.
- Upload your scanned recent color photograph (of size 3.5 cm X 3.5 cm, up to 70kb, 100 DPI, ONLY JPEG format ) and scanned signature (of size 3.0 cm X 6.0 cm, up to 30kb size ONLY in JPEG format) as well as required documents.
- Submit the application.
- Opening and Closing date for Online registration of application:- 1st to 30th July 2019 up to 18:00 Hrs.

- In the case of SC/ST community candidates, Community certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format as per Annexure- I of this Notification.
- In the case of OBC community candidates, Community certificate issued by the Competent Authority in the prescribed format as per Annexure-II of this Notification. This Certificate should specifically indicate that the candidate does not belong to the persons/ section (Creamy Layer).
- Candidates claiming to belong to Other Backward Classes are also required to submit a self-declaration in the prescribed format. (Annexure – III of this Notification).
