Selection Procedure 1. For Scientist/ Engineer 'SC' Posts
Candidates who meet eligibility criteria will be shortlisted to appear for the Written Test, which will be conducted at Chennai. Written Test consists of objective type questions based on the academic curriculum of B.E/ B.Tech OR M.E/ M.Tech as the case may be.
Based on the performance in the Written Test, candidates will be shortlisted for interview.
Written Test is only a first-level screening and the Written Test score will not be considered for the final selection process. The final selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the interview only.
2. For Medical Officer 'SC/ SD' Posts
Candidates meeting the norms will be shortlisted for Interview. The qualification prescribed is the minimum requirement and possession of the same does not automatically make the candidates eligible to be called for Interview.
Based on the academic performance of the candidates applied, the number of vacancies, the number of candidates applied, etc., initial screening will be done to short-list candidates for Interviews.
Final selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the Interview and those who secure minimum 60% marks in the Interview will be eligible for consideration for empanelment in the selection panel, in the order of merit.
