Age:
21-43 Years The upper age limit mentioned above shall be relaxed by :
5 years in the case of male candidate belonging to the Scheduled Caste(SC), Scheduled Tribes(ST), Backward Classes(BC) and More Backward Classes (MBC);
5 years in the case of woman candidate of General category;
10 years in the case of woman candidate belonging to SC, ST & BC/ MBC;
10 years, 13 years and 15 years Unreserved (General) category, respectively.
Educational Qualification:
Qualification: (a) CA/ ICWA; or (b) MBA (Finance) of minimum two (2) years' duration [It includes 2 years' P.G. Diploma in Business Management declared equivalent to MBA (Finance)] (c) M.Com. of minimum two (2) years' duration or equivalent with at least 60% marks along with B.Com. with at least 60% marks. Provided that SC/ST/PWD candidates and Nigam's in-service employees may be allowed relaxation of 5% marks in MBA (Finance) mentioned under and in M.Com. & B.Com. mentioned under
Qualification: Candidate must hold a Graduation Degree (a) A Master Degree in Social Works or MBA (HR) or Post Graduate Degree in Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management (or Development)/ Industrial Relations of minimum two (2) years' duration [It includes 2 years' P.G. Diploma in Business Management declared equivalent to MBA(HR).] (b) A Post Graduate Diploma in Labour Laws/ Labour Welfare & Personnel Management/ Human Resource Management (or Development)/ Industrial Relations. Provided that SC/ST/PWD candidates and Nigam's in-service employees may be allowed relaxation of 5% marks in above qualifications.
Remuneration/Salary:
Candidates on the appointment will be initially engaged as "Probationer Trainee" for a period of two years and during the period of Probation Training, they will be paid fixed remuneration @ Rs.39,300/- per month. On successful completion of probation training period, they will be fixed at a minimum (first cell) of Level-14 in the Pay Matrix i.e. at Rs.56,100/- as basic pay/-
Physical Fitness:
Candidates must be in good mental or bodily health and free from any mental or physical defect likely to interfere with the efficient performance of his duties as a member of service and if selected must produce a certificate to that effect from a Medical Authority as may be notified by the Nigam for the purpose.
Selection Process:
Selection will be made on the basis of their performance in Written Competitive Examinations.

Application fee:
The application fee payable is as under:- UR (Gen) if annual income of the family is Rs 2.50 lakh or more - Rs 850/- UR (Gen) if annual income of the family is less than Rs 2.50 lakh/ SC/ ST/ BC/ MBC/ PWD(PH) - Rs 550/-
