Doctor (Part-time)	01 (M/F Both)	i) MBBS
Ayah	06 (Female Only)	i) Passed in Madhyamik or equivalent examination. ii) For Home inmates, qualification is relaxed up to Class-VIII pass. iii) 02 years Experience in the relevant field.

Examination Procedure

Interview or Interview and Written Test both, to be decided on the number of applications received.

Documents Required

Filled up application form as per prescribed format.
Self-attested photocopy of Admit Card of Madhyamik or equivalent examination (Age proof), mark sheet of MP, HS, Degree course and Master Degree as per post criteria.
Self-Attested Computer course certificate (if any as per post criteria).
Experience Certificates must consist of the name of the post, employing organization's name, employee's name, date of joining and date of leaving, otherwise, experience certificate will be treated as invalid.
Candidature will be canceled if a candidate fails to submit any requisite document(s) on demand.
Last date of receiving Application: 11th February 2019 up to 5.30 P.M.
The filled in application form with self-attested copies of testimonials super-scribing the envelope as "Application for the post of for Govt. run SAA, Paschim Medinipur" shall have to be dropped at the drop box lying at the Social Welfare Section, of the office of the District Magistrate & District Collector, Paschim Medinipur at Medinipur or through Speed Post.
