ESAF has announced recruitment notification for the post of Branch Head, eligible candidates can submit their application before 21-05-2018.
Applications are invited from eligible Indian Citizens for appointment as Branch Heads, Assistant Branch Heads and Officers in ESAF Small Finance Bank, headquarter at Mannuthy, Thrissur. Candidates selected are liable to be posted anywhere in India. The process will take place in different specified places, which will be intimated later.
Educational Qualification :1. For Sales Officer (Trainee): Applicants must have a Post Graduate degree in any discipline from a recognized University without any backlogs or Graduates with one-year sales experience. Candidates must possess a flair for sales and marketing. Students awaiting results can also apply.
Sales officers - Retail Assets & Liability (1500 Nos):
Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline and three years of experience in sales (Sales experience in Banking /Financial products / Telecom /FMCG/Hospitality) is preferred. Candidates must possess a flair for sales and marketing.
2. For Credit Officer: Applicants must have Graduation in any subject from a recognized University and must possess one year experience in credit appraisal.
3. For Relationship Officer: Applicants must have a Graduation or Post Graduation in any discipline from a recognized University and two years Of experience in banking, NBFC, hospitality or any other financial streams.
4. For Branch Head: Applicants must have Graduation or Post graduation in any discipline and a minimum of eight years of experience in banking as Branch Head.
5. For Assistant branch Head: Applicants must have Graduation or Post graduation in any discipline and a minimum of five years of experience in banking as Branch Head.
Salary: Salary will be befitting the qualifications. experience and performance and will not be a constraint for right candidates.
