National Institute of Technology Rourkela conducting a Special Recruitment Drive for filling up vacant faculty positions at the level of Assistant Professor Grade I and Grade II. The interested candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria and possessing excellent academic background, commitment to quality teaching and research, and propensity for institutional development in various specializations of Engineering, Architecture, Science, Humanities, and Management etc.

The minimum eligibility for various Department/ School is prescribed in the following table:-

Science Departments First Class in Masters’ Degree with Ph.D. in relevant branch/discipline

School of Management First Class in MBA/ PGDBM with Ph.D. in Management
