QualificationMaster degree (M.Sc.) in Physics with at least 55% and valid NET/ GATE score with preferable specialization in Solid State Physics/ Electronics/ Materials science. Candidates with M.Tech. degree in Nano-Science and Technology/ Materials Science, are also eligible to apply.
