Eligibility Criteria1. Educational Qualification
- A candidate should have passed 10th Standard from the concerned State/UT coming under the State/ Regional Office to which he/she is applying.
- In addition to the above, the candidate should be a domicile of the State/UT coming under the Regional Jurisdiction of the Regional Office to which he/she is applying for. The bank reserves the right to call for any valid document in support of the domicile status of the candidate.
- Candidates possessing Graduation and higher qualification are not eligible to apply. The applicants will be required to give self-declaration in this regard in an online application/at the time of appointment and/or as demanded by the Bank during the recruitment process.
A candidate belonging to Ex-servicemen category should at least have passed 10th and rendered at least 15 years of defense service, provided they have not graduated outside the Armed Forces.
2. Age Criteria:- The candidate must be between 18 and 30 years of age as on 1st December 2019, i.e., the candidate must have been born not earlier than 2nd December 1989 and not later than 1st December 2001 (both days inclusive) are eligible to apply.
Selection Procedure1. The selection will be done on the basis of two-phase Online Tests (as given below) and the Language Proficiency Test (LPT).
2. The preliminary and main online tests except for English/ Hindi language will be available bilingually, i.e. in English and Hindi.
3. There will be a penalty for wrong answers marked by the candidate. For every wrong answer marked, 1/4th of the marks assigned to that question will be deducted as a penalty in the examination.
4. Final Selection will depend, on the performance in online tests, qualifying in LPT, Medical fitness, verification of certificates and Biometric Data, etc. to the Bank’s satisfaction. The decision of the Bank in this regard will be final.
