Among 05 vacancies in the category of UR (PWD), [02-vacancies have been reserved for the candidates suffering from Blindness or Low Vision, 02-vacancies have been reserved for the candidates suffering from Hearing Impairment, and 02-vacancies have been reserved for the candidates suffering from Loco-motor Disability or Cerebral Palsy.]
2. Educational Qualification For MSCWB Teacher (English) Recruitment 2020
- Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education or it's equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Elementary Education duly approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE)
OR
- Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education or it's equivalent with at least 50% marks and 4 years Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed)
OR
- Higher Secondary pass under the West Bengal Council Of Higher Secondary Education or it's equivalent with at least 50% marks and 2 years Diploma in Education (Special Education)
OR
- Graduation and two years Diploma in Elementary Education by whatever name known.
- In case of recruitment of Teacher (English), a candidate should have English as First Language all along till Higher Secondary or its equivalent or Honours in English or M.A in English.
Note 1:- In case of the certificate issued by the authority other than the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education, the said certificate issuing authority should be set up a statutory authority and the said certificate issuing authority should be authorized by the Government of India or by the State Government of the concerned State, as the case may be, for issuing Higher Secondary Level Certificate.
Note 2:- All candidates must have studied and obtained Madhyamik (Secondary) pass certificate or equivalent with Mathematics and English as a subject.
Note 3:- The equivalent of Madhyamik certificate means the said certificate issuing authority should be set up as per Act framed by the Government of India or by the State Government of the concerned State, and the said authority should be authorized by the Government of India or by the State Government of the concerned State, as the case may be for issuing secondary level Certificate.
The candidate must be the Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) qualified (State/ Central) only.3. Age Limit For MSCWB Teacher (English) Recruitment 2020Lower and Upper age limit is 18 years and 40 years respectively as on 1st January 2020. Upper Age Relaxation up to 5-years is Admissible Only to SC/ ST. Candidates and up to 3-years to OBC (A&B) Candidates of West Bengal. The upper age limit for recruitment of Physically Challenged persons to State Government Services and Posts shall be 45 years.
4. Application Fee (non-refundable) For MSCWB Teacher (English) Recruitment 2020
- Application fee for UR & OBC (A&B) candidates is Rs.150/- (Rupees One hundred and fifty only) + Processing Charges Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty only) plus Rs.20/- (Rupees Twenty only) towards Bank Charges for Challan deposit.
- For SC, ST, PH candidates only Processing Charges Rs.50/- (Rupees Fifty only) + Rs.20/- (Rupees Twenty only) towards Bank Charges for Challan deposit.
- The Application Fees + Processing charges shall be collected by all the branches of the United Bank of India (UBI) and the same to be deposited to Account No. 0088010367936 through Challan generated after submission of Online Application.
5. Last Date to Apply Online For MSCWB Teacher (English) Recruitment 2020The Last date for Registration for online application and generation of challan is 31st August 2020 and application fee along with processing charges must be deposited to the Bank by 31st August 2020 and the process of submission of Application must be completed by 31st August 2020.
