Madras High Court Office Assistant Eligibility Criteria 2021

Pass in VIII Standard or its equivalent on the date of notification.
Persons claiming special reservation under ‘Persons Studied in Tamil Medium (PSTM) should produce a certificate in the Form specified in Annexure–E, from the School/Institution, where he/ she studied. However, for the posts, falling under Class-IV of the Tamil Nadu Basic Service Rules, for which the required educational qualification is ‘must be able to read and write Tamil’, special reservation under PSTM will not apply.

Madras High Court Office Assistant Selection Procedure 2021

The selection of candidates will be based on;

Common Written Examination,
Practical Test,
Oral Test.

The final selection of candidates to the posts will be made on the basis of combined marks secured by the candidates in the Practical Test and the Oral Test, as per merit and following the rule of reservation, for each category of post separately.
