Driver Gr.II (Ex-servicemen only) (HDV) 6 (i) Literacy in Malayalam or Tamil or Kannada.

(ii) Must possess Current Motor Driving Licence with an endorsement for driving Heavy-Duty Vehicle and Motor Cycle and must have three years experience in driving Heavy Duty vehicle either Military or Civil.

Driving Licence issued after 16.01.1979 must-have endorsement both for heavy Goods and heavy passenger Vehicles and applications with only one endorsement will be summarily rejected (Vide amendment No. 47/78 to the Motor Vehicles Act.
Seaman 3 1. Must have studied up to Standard VIII.

2. Must have proficiency in Boat pulling, knots & Splices and rigging, handling single-cylinder motorboats, anchor work, and swimming.

The proficiency in the above items of work will be assessed in a practical test conducted by the PSC at the time of selection.
Assistant Surgeon/ Casualty Medical Officer (Special Recruitment from among ST Only) 22 1) Degree in Modern Medicine or Equivalent Qualification. (Equivalent qualification means those qualifications recognized as equivalent by the Medical Council Of India)

Range Forest Officer (Special Recruitment from among SC/ ST ) 2 A degree in Forestry from Kerala Agricultural University or any equivalent degree from any university Institution or Deemed University recognized by the Government of India or Government of Kerala for this purpose.
