How To Apply

The prescribed application forms and other details like required qualifications etc. can be obtained personally from the Assistant Registrar (Forms and Stationery), the University of Jammu, Jammu from 29th July to 30th August 2019 on payment of Rs.1610/- in cash at the forms sale counter of the University of Jammu at Jammu.
The application form can also be downloaded from the University Website. Those who submit the downloaded application form shall be required to enclose crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) or Bank Draft (DD) worth Rs.1610/- drawn in favor of the Registrar, University of Jammu, Jammu-180006.

Documents Required To Be Submitted Along-With Application Form
1. For Professor/Director, Associate Professor Posts

Self-attested copies of all qualification Certificates from 10th onwards.
A Self-addressed envelope bearing postage stamp worth Rs. 50/-.
3-copies of latest Bio-data (in spiral binding only), along with 5-sets of Performance Based Appraisal System (PBAS) Proforma appended as ANNEXURE-„A‟ and 6-copies of 10-best publications as books and/or research/ policy papers (which shall not be in any case attached to bio-data & PBAS Proforma) along with other documents.
Candidate must write his/her e-mail ID‟s and valid Telephone Nos. on their application forms.

2. For Assistant Professor Posts

Self-attested copies of all qualification Certificates from 10th onwards.
A Self-addressed envelope bearing postage stamp worth Rs. 50/-.
Candidates seeking exemption from NET/SLET/SET are required to produce a bonafide certificate from the concerned University to the effect that the said candidate has been awarded a Ph.D. degree in conformity with UGC Regulations 2009 & 2016 with amendments issued from time to time.
Candidate must write his e-mail ID‟s and valid Mobile/Telephone Nos. on their application forms.

Application form with recent passport size Photograph pasted (not pinned) in the space provided on the form and accompanied with attested copies of qualification certificates, testimonials, publications, etc. be sent only through Registered Post
