Selection Procedure - IB Recruitment 2020
Based on the eligible criteria, the applicant will be called for the Written Examination. Those candidates, who successfully qualify for the Examination will be invited for the Interview.
Description of Examination
Tier-1 exam (only online mode): 100 Objective Type MCQs (Time-1 hour, 100 marks), divided into 5 parts containing 20 questions of 1 marks each on:
- General Awareness.
- Quantitative aptitude.
- Numerical/ analytical/ logical ability & reasoning/
- English Language.
- General Studies.
[Negative marking of 1/4 mark for each wrong answer]
Tier-2: Descriptive type paper of 50 marks (Time-1 hour): Essay (30 marks) & English comprehension & precise writing (20 marks).
Tier-3: Interview (100 marks).
