Gujarat High Court has announced recruitment notification for the post of Private Secretary, eligible candidates can submit their application before 15-07-2021.
Eligibility Criteria
1. Essential Qualification
- Graduate from recognized University.
- Speed of 120 words per minute in English Short Hand.
- Knowledge of Computer Operation.
2. Knowledge of Computer:- The candidate must possess a certificate regarding basic knowledge of computers as prescribed by the State Government from time to time.
3. Age Limit:- A Candidate applying to the said post, shall not be less than 18 years and not more than 35 years of age, as on the last date for submitting an Online Application i.e. on 15/07/2021.
Application Fee
Candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Socially and Educationally Backward Classes, Differently Abled Persons (PH), ExServicemen and Economically Weaker Sections (EWS) shall be required to pay Fees of Rs.500/ plus the usual Bank Charges and all other candidates shall be required to pay Fees of Rs.1000/ plus the usual Bank Charges via “Print Application/ Pay Fees” Button through SBI ePay.
Selection Procedure
Based on the eligible criteria, the applicant will be called for the Written Examination. Those candidates, who successfully qualify for the Examination will be invited for the Interview.
The Competitive Examination will be conducted at Ahmedabad or at the Centre(s) decided by the High Court and Candidate(s) shall have to appear at their own cost in the respective Tests, which would consist of:
- Preliminary Test (Objective TypeMCQs) - [100 Marks]
- Stenography/ Skill Test - [60 Marks]
- Vivavoce Test - [40 Marks]
The Select List & Wait List will be prepared on the basis of Aggregate Marks obtained by the Candidates in the Stenography/ Skill Test & Vivavoce Test.
