Gauhati High Court has announced recruitment notification for the post of System Assistant, eligible candidates can submit their application before 24-06-2020.
Eligibility Criteria
- BCA with 607i0 marks rn aggregate or equivalent grade from a recognized institution with at least 1 (one) year working experience from a reputed Institution/ organization.
OR
B.Sc with 1 (one) year Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/ Application with 60% marks in aggregate or equivalent grade from a recognized institution and with at least 1 (one) year working experience from a reputed institution/ organization.
OR
Diploma Holders from Polytechnic rn Computer Science/ Engineering or Electronics & Telecommunications with 60010 marks rn aggregate or equivalent grade from a recognized institution and with at least 2 (two) years working experience from a reputed institution/ organization.
- The candidate should have knowledge of the Official Language of the State of Assam (Assamese).
Application Fee
Candidates under PWD (Person with Disability) category need not pay any fee. The details of application fee to be paid by the candidates are indicated below.
- Rs 150/- for ST (P), ST (H).
Selection Procedure
The selection process will consist of the following three stages;
Stage-I:- Written Examination (140 Marks):- The written examination will be of Objective type multiple choices and will be conducted on OMR answer scripts. There will be 140 questions on the subjects described in the syllabus. For every correct answer, 1 mark will be awarded. There will be no negative mark for the wrong answer. The cut-off marks shall be as decided by the Gauhati High Court.
Stage-II:- Practical Examination (30 Marks):- Candidates equal to 5 times the number of vacancies (1:5), in order of merit in the written examination, will be called for the practical examination.
Stage-III:- Viva-Voice (30 Marks):- Candidates equal to 3 times the number of vacancies (1:3), in order of merit in the practical examination, will be called for the Viva-voice and checking of original testimonials.
