Essential Qualifications
Stenographer Posts - Higher Secondary Pass (pass in 12th Standard or equivalent from a recognized board). - A Speed of 80 words per minute in stenography in English/ Hindi. - Working knowledge of Computer including use of Office Suites and databases.
UDC Posts - A degree of a recognized University or equivalent. - Working knowledge of computer including use of office suites and databases.
Application Fee
Rs.500/- for all other categories expect mentioned below
Rs.250/- for SC/ ST/ PWD/ Departmental Candidates, Female Candidates and Ex-Servicemen candidate.
The payment can be made by using Debit Cards (RuPay/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Maestro), Credit Cards, Internet Banking, IMPS, Cash Cards/ Mobile Wallets.
How to Apply
Candidates can apply online up to 15.04.2019 on the official ESIC website www.esic.nic.in and click on the option "Apply Online for Recruitment to the post of UDC & Stenographer in ESIC Maharashtra" which will open a new screen.
Before applying online, candidates should scan their:- - photograph (4.5cm × 3.5cm) - signature (with black ink) - left thumb impression (on white paper with black or blue ink) - a handwritten declaration (on a white paper with black ink) (text is given below) ensuring that all these scanned documents adhere to the required specifications as given in this Advertisement.
Signature in CAPITAL LETTERS will NOT be accepted.
The text for the handwritten declaration is as follows:- “I, _______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
