EXPERIENCE:
i. For the candidates possessing MD/MS degree from MCI recognized medical college:
(a) Three years of teaching experience in the subject as Resident/ Registrar/ Demonstrator/ Tutor in a recognized medical college either during the post-graduation course or after obtaining a postgraduate degree in the subject. |
Fee's Details (non-refundable)Fee Exempted for SC/ ST/ Regular ESIC Candidates/ Female Candidates and Ex-Servicemen. Rs. 225/- for All other categories. A Demand Draft of Rs. 225/- in favor of 'ESI Fund Account No. I', drawn after the date of issue of this advertisement on any scheduled bank payable at ‘Kolkata’ has to be submitted along with the Application Form.
Note:
- Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
- Only Demand Draft drawn on any Scheduled Bank will be accepted. Application Fee paid by any other mode will not be accepted.
- The Demand Draft must be issued after the date of issue of this advertisement.
- Separate Demand Drafts to be paid if a candidate applies for more than one post.
Selection ProcedureThe selection will be made on the basis of the performance of the candidate in the interview before the Selection Board. The result will be displayed on the website: www.esic.nic.in.
The interviews shall be conducted at DEAN OFFICE (Academic Building), ESI-PGIMSR & ESIC Medical College, Joka, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata 700104. However, ESIC reserves the right to change the Venue, if needed.
How To ApplyA. The candidate should check his/her eligibility against the advertised criteria for each post before applying. Interested candidates should send filled in Application Form (Annexure-I) and enclosing necessary self-attested copies of certificates, as mentioned below, through email to
[email protected] on or before 17th April 2020 up to 04:00 PM to become eligible for appearing in the Interview.
B. The names of the eligible candidates and tentative date, time and venue of interview will be communicated in the respective email id of eligible candidates as well as they will be asked to appear in the Interview on the date mentioned in the Interview Call Letter sent by email only.
C. The following testimonials/ certificate should be sent through above-mentioned email with the application form:-
a) One set of the prescribed application form enclosed with this notification must be printed on A4 size paper and properly filled up and submitted at the time of verification on the day of the interview.
b) Two recent self-attested color passport size photographs.
c) One set of self-attested copies of certificates and testimonials in support of:
- proof of Age / Date of Birth(secondary exam certificate/ admit card),
- Category (SC & ST), Category OBC and Category EWS in up to date Government of India Format, Sub-category,
- Educational Qualifications: (Graduate, Post Graduate certificate, & any other).
- Registration certificate issued by State Medical Council/ MCI.
- MCI recognized teaching experience issued by the Head of the Institute or Head of the Department.
- Research Publications in Indexed Journals.
- Pension Payment Order (PPO), in the case of retired employees from Govt. organizations.
- NOC for the in-service candidates from an employer.
- service bond release certificate if applicable along with Original documents.
