Applications are invited from bright, young talents for 12 positions of Junior Research Fellows (JRF) and to work in challenging area of research of national importance. Solid State Physics Laboratory (SSPL) is pursuing research in the areas of advanced semiconductor material and devices.
Some of the research areas include development of compound semiconductor (bulk crystal & epilayer structures), MEMS, MMICs, Laser diodes, IR semiconductors, Nano Science etc. The laboratory is equipped with state of art material preparation, characterization, device fabrication and circuit design facilities. Following are the details of JRF positions:-
