Eligibility Criteria

District Consultant Quality Monitoring Qualification:- Degree in Statistics with a good academic record from a reputed University. Specialization in Biostatistics would be an added advantage. Previous work experience of Health/ hospital would be preferred.

Age:- 18-40 years
MO Qualification:- Minimum qualification required MBBS Degree recognized by MCI

Age:- 18-63 years
FTMO Qualification:- MBBS from an MCI recognized institute with a one-year compulsory internship. Must be registered under West Bengal Medical Council. Weightage will be given for the higher qualification

Age:- 18-66 years
Staff Nurse Qualification:- GNM from an Institute recognized by the Indian Nursing Council. Candidate should have proficiency in the local language.

Age:- 18-64 years
Vacancies under WBSAP&CS
Lab Technician Qualification:- Graduate  in Medical Laboratory Technology {B.Sc.), with a minimum of 1-year experience after graduation
OR
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (DMLT); with minimum 2 years experiences after diploma

Age:- 18-40 years
Data Manager Qualification:- Graduate (Preferably with Commerce Background) with Diploma in Computer Applications (from a recognized institute or University) or 'O' level course from DOEACC.

Age:- 18-40 years
Lab Technician Qualification:- Essential Qualification & Experience Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc); with minimum 1-year experience after graduation.
OR
Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology (OMLT); with a minimum of 2 years of experience after the diploma.

Age:- 18-60 years
General instruction/s for the candidates
  1. The application should reach to Office of the
    Chief Medical Officer of Health,
    Banamalipore,
    Barasat District Hospital Campus,
    North 24 Parganas - 700124 on or before 17th April 2020 by 5:00 P.M. through registered post or speed post only and duly mentioned "post applied for" in front of the envelope. No application will be considered after the stipulated date and time.
  2. Candidate must submit the Application Fee of Rs.100/- (Rs.50/- in case of reserved category) for the above-mentioned posts, through cash deposit in any branch of Bank of India in favor of "District Health &Family Welfare Samiti", A/c number- 424210100036711, IFSC code- BKID0004242, Barasat Branch.
  3. Original copy of Deposit or any other transaction slip of application fee must attach along-with the application.
  4. The DH&FWS, North 24 Parganas will not be responsible for any postal delay.
  5. An application must as per prescribed format (Annexure-I).
  6. A candidate can apply the maximum number of 2(two) mentioned posts. Multiple applications for the same post liable to reject the first application and the latest application will automatically be accepted.
  7. Candidates applying for the post should have the requisite qualification and experience as on the last date of application.
  8. An incomplete application without supporting documents is liable to be rejected.
  9. No. of vacancies may be altered/ changed in the future.
  10. The place of posting may be altered/ changed in the future.
