Other Qualification: (i) Matriculation or equivalent from recognized Board. (ii) Must have knowledge of Indian Cooking and proficiency in trade.
Selection Process: Eligible Candidates will be selected based on their performance in written examination/tests. Centre for examination is Bengal Area Provost Unit, Fort William, Kolkata -700021, West Bengal and may be changed to any other place in Kolkata.
How to Apply: All the eligible Candidates can download Application Form on the official website. After filling the application form, Candidates need to send hard copies of their relevant documents along with the Application Form to the following address : “Bengal Area Provost Unit, Fort William, Kolkata -700021, West Bengal”
Candidates are also required to forward a self-addressed envelope (size 4”x10”) duly affixing postal stamp of Rs.22/- with the application form, for the dispatch of the call letters for shortlisted candidates. Call letters will not be forwarded to those candidates who have not enclosed a self-addressed envelope with postal stamp of Rs. 22/- affixed on it.
