Chandigarh Administration Recruitment 2019 - Chandigarh Administration has released Job Notification for dynamic, self-motivated and energetic young qualified candidates for the
404 Posts of Clerk, Steno-Typist (English).
Chandigarh Administration hires candidates who completed Any Graduate degree or those candidates who are seeking the latest government jobs can use this opportunity. Interested candidates are applied for the position on or before the last date of application.
No application shall be entertained to any post in service unless he/she is:
- a citizen of India or
- a subject of Nepal, or
- a subject of Bhutan or
- a Tibetan refugee, who has come over to India before the 1st January 1962 with the intention of permanently settling in India or
- a person of Indian origin, who has migrated from Pakistan, Burma Sri Lanka, East African Countries of Kenya, Uganda, the united republic of Tanzania (formerly Tanganyika and Zanzibar) Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia and Vietnam with the intention of permanently settling in India.
Provided that a candidate belonging to any category (b), (c), (d) shall be a person in whose favor a certificate of eligibility has been issued by the Chandigarh Administration and produced before the recruiting/ appointing authority.
Period of ProbationDuring the Probation period of 03 years, newly recruited employees will be paid "Fixed Monthly Emoluments which will be equivalent to the minimum of the pay band of the post or DC rate, whichever is higher during three years period of probation and the extended period of probation, if any. No grade pay, increment or any other allowances except traveling allowance will be payable".

- Rs.500/- SC/ PWD/ Ex-Servicemen candidates
The Payment of Fees through Internet Banking/ Debit/ Credit Card etc. (as provided in the Online Application) will only be accepted.
Selection ProcedureThose Candidates fulfilling all the eligibility criteria will be shortlisted for the Written Test. Merit list shall be prepared on the basis of marks obtained in the written test and will be uploaded on the website and on the basis of merit, the candidates will be called for Typing Test and Stenography Test for the posts of Clerks and Steno-Typists respectively.
