Candidates should meet the eligibility criteria as specified in the advertisement. Candidates who meet the eligibility criteria with respect to relevant qualification, Post Qualification experience will be allotted weightage as follows: - Aggregate marks scored in their relevant degree qualification:- 75% - Relevant Post Qualification Experience: 2.5 marks for the minimum stipulated post qualification experience and additional 1.25 marks for every additional 6 months of relevant experience, up to a maximum of 10 marks:- 10% - Interview for Shortlisted candidates:- 15%
Candidates will be shortlisted for the interviews based on the above criteria (out of 85 marks), in the ratio of 1:5.
Intimation on conducting video-based interviews will be sent to the E-mail ID provided by the candidate. Candidates are required to comply with the instructions indicated therein. The results of the final selection will be available on the BEL website.
Documents to be submitted at the time of submitting the application
Candidates are required to scan the following documents and attach the same in pdf format (document size should not exceed 300kb):-
Passport size photo
SSLC/ SSC/ ISC marks card or any other valid document as proof of date of birth.
Final degree/ Provisional Degree Certificate of the relevant qualification
Proof of norms for CGPA/ DGPA/ OGPA or letter grade/ document for percentage/ class issued by university/ Institution/ College
Caste/ Tribe/ Community/ Disability/ Economic status certificate in case of candidates belonging to SC/ ST/ OBC/ PWD/ EWS respectively. Candidates claiming reservation under any of the above categories are required to submit the certificate in the prescribed format. The formats of various certificates are provided as links to the advertisement. Candidates belonging to the OBC category should produce the certificate issued on or after 01.01.2020 and for EWS Certificate issued for the year 2019-2020 or 2020-21
Post qualification work experience certificate/s from previous/ current employer.
Candidates employed on a permanent/ Fixed term basis in Government / Quasi-Government and Public Sectors undertaking should compulsorily submit the ‘No Objection Certificate’ along with the application.
Candidates employed on a temporary basis in Government/ Quasi-Government and Public Sectors undertaking should compulsorily submit Offer of Appointment and latest payslip.
