Subordinate Engineer, Grade I (Mechanical) 01 Certificate of Draughtsmanship in Mechanical or passed the two years course of 3 years Diploma Course in Mechanical Polytechnic/ Engineering institution. 
Junior Assistant (HOD Level) 23 A candidate must have passed Degree Examination in any discipline or any Examination declared equivalent thereto having Computer knowledge (MS office compulsory). 
Junior Assistant (District Level) 159 A candidate must have passed Degree Examination in any discipline or any Examination declared equivalent thereto having Computer knowledge (MS office compulsory). 
Section Assistant 397 H.S.S.L.C or equivalent (10+2 Examination) passed from any recognized Board/ Council. (As per draft service Rule Submitted to the Government). 
Power Pump Operator 41   H.S.L.C or equivalent Examination from any recognized Board/ Council with ITI Certificate in Mechanical or Electrical or passed H.S.L.C or equivalent examination with minimum 8 years experience as Helper. 
Primary Investigator 01 H.S.S.L.C or equivalent (10+2 Examination) passed from any recognized Board/ Council in any stream with Mathematics as one of the subjects.
Eligibility Criteria
A candidate must be Permanent resident of Assam. For proof of Permanent Residence, the voter ID card of the candidate or either of his/her parents must be submitted. The candidate must have command over the local language.

Selection Procedure
  • The shortlisted candidates will be called for a Computer Proficiency Test/ Skill test the date and venue of which will be notified later on.
  • Selection of candidates shall be on the basis of OMR based Written Test and Computer Proficiency Test (as applicable).
  • There will not be any Viva-Voce in the selection process against any of the posts.

1. The candidates are to apply online in the link which would be available on the departmental website from 20th December 2019 to 8th January 2020.
2. Documents to be Uploaded
  1. For age proof, HSLC Certificate/ Admit Card issued by a recognized Board/ Council.
  2. The Voter ID Card of the Candidate or either of his/her Parents as proof of Permanent residence.
  3. Certificate of qualifying examination as per the applicable case.
  4. Recent Passport Size Photograph.
  5. Scanned Copy of Signature of the Candidate.
  6. Caste Certificate.
