Candidate should apply one application for one group of post giving an option for one category or more if eligible especially for Group 'A' and Group 'B'. Candidates should follow instructions mentioned against each group. Two separate applications for one group of a post will not be considered by the system. Recruitment Process
1. Group-wise single stage written examination will be conducted ONLINE on a computer (COMPUTER BASED TEST-CBT). The examination wiil be GroupWise for Group A and Group f.. The dates will be notified informed separately through a website. Candidates should regularly visit the SECR website (www.secr.indianrailways.gov.in).

2. Group wise merit list will be formed for all the posts indicated in the particular group except for categories 10-12 and 18-23.

3. The written examination will be of the level of RRB examination of notified post s. The question paper shall be of Object ive Multiple Choice Type in English and Hindi only and likely to include questions pertaining to General Awareness, Arithmet ic, General Intelligence, Reasoning and Technica l quest ions, wherever applicable.

4. There shall be negative marking in written examinations and 1/3 of the allotted marks for each quest ion shall be deducted for every wrong answer.

5. The date, time and venue of the written examinations and aptitude tests (where applicable) will be fixed by RRC/Bilaspur and w ill be intimated to the eligible candidates in due course through email/SMS. Candidates are also advised to regularly go through the website of SECR www.secr.indianrailways.gov.in

6. Request for postponement of the examination/skill test and change of centre/venue will not be entertained under any circumstance.

7. On qualifying written examinat ion, candidates will be eligible for next stage of selection i.e. Aptitude Test/Typing Test/Document Verificat ion (whichever/wherever applicable) as per their merit.

8. During document verification, the employee/candidate has to bring all necessary document s in original. After satisfactory document verification, the ca ndidate will be considered for empanelment subject to fulfillment of other criteria and medical examination.

9. Medical Examination:- The candidates recommended for appointment will have to pass a medical examination conducted in the requisite medical group as fixed for the post as per RRB and Railway Board guidelines and to be conducted by the Railway Administration.

Steps to Submit Online Application
Before filling up ONLINE application, candidates are advised to keep the scanned copy in JPEG format of following documents ready with them:-
1. Passport size photograph.
2. Scanned signature.
3. Copy of self-attested certificates in proof of date of birth, education/ technical qualifications and caste (SC/ST/OBC).
  • Visit the website of SECR: www.secr.indianrailways.gov.in -7 Recruitment -7 RRC Bilaspur.
  • Click on the "NOTIFICATION FOR GDCE 01/2018" link.
  • Click on the "New Registration" link.
  • Fill in employee number (11 digit) and date of birt h and click continue.
  • Fill in personal information and e-mail Address and Mobile number. On submission of required details, an e-mail/ SMS will be received in the registered e-mail ID/ Mobile number. Open inbox of your registered e-mail/ SMS and note t he registration number and password.
  • Login using t he Registration number and password sent in the e-mail/ SMS.
  • Follow the instructions and complete the registration process step by step.
  • Upload the scanned copy of a photograph, signature, self-attested certificates in proof of date of birth, education/technical qualifications and caste (SC /ST/ OBC).
  • Submit the application. Take 2 copies of print out of an application.
  • Applications received after closing date i.e. 17.09.2018.
