Hyderabad High Court has announced recruitment notification for the post of Civil Judge, eligible candidates can submit their application before 03-11-2018.
Application Fee
- The applicants who belong to OC/ BC categories have to pay an amount of Rs. 500/- {Rupees Five hundred only) towards Online Application processing and Examination fee, whereas the candidates belonging to SC/ ST categories have to pay Rs.250/- {Rupees Two hundred and fifty only) towards Online Application processing and Examination fee.
- Applicants belonging to SCs/ STs, hailing from other than the States, of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have to pay Rs.500/- instead of Rs.250/- towards Online Application processing and Examination fee, unless the caste to which they belong, is recognized as Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe, as the case may be, by the Governments of Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
The Process of Selection shall comprise of
(a) For the purpose of short-listing the candidates, the High Court will conduct the Screening Test (Computer Based Test) for 100 marks comprising of 100 multiple choice objective type Questions. The duration of the examination will be two (2) hours. The Venue and Time will be mentioned in the Hall Ticket to be downloaded by the applicant at an appropriate point of time.
(b) Written Examination consisting of the following three (3) papers will be held. (The object of written examination is to test the academic knowledge of the candidates.)
- Civil Law,
- Criminal Law, and
- English Translation test for 30 marks and Essay Writing test for 70 marks. (Translation has to be made from the English language to either Hindi or Telugu language only.)
Each paper shall carry 100 marks. The duration of each paper is three (3) hours.
How to Apply
The application will be available on the official website of the High Court "hc.tap.nic.in" FROM 4th October to 3rd November 2018. The Last date for submission of Online Application is 3rd November 2018 up to 11.59 P.M. The Handwritten/ Typed/ Photostat copy/ Printed Application Form will not be entertained either directly or by Post or by Courier or in person.
