Eligibility Criteria

(a) Passed Middle School examination with Odia as a language subject;
OR
(b) Passed Matriculation or equivalent examination with Odia as a medium of examination in a non-language subject;
OR
(c) Passed in Odia as the language subject in the final examination of Class-VII or above;
OR
(d) Passed a test in Odia in Middle English School Standard conducted by School & Mass Education Department.

Physical Measurements For Male/ Female Candidates

1. Height Required
- For Male Candidates: 168 Cm
- For Female Candidates: 158 Cm

2. Chest Required Only For Male Candidate
- 79 Cm (Un Expanded)
- 84 Cm (Expanded)

3. Weight Required
- For Male: 55 kg,
- For Female: 47.5 kg

Examination Fee

i) All applicants other than SC/ ST Category have to pay the Exam fee of Rs.100/-.
ii) The fee can be deposited through online mode by logging into the OSSSC website: www.osssc.gov.in OR by the conventional mode of deposit in any Government Treasury under Head of Account- "0051-P.S.C.-104-UPSC/SSC-Examination Fee-0047-Fees collected for conducting Examination by OSSSC-02213".
iii) Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.
