The Centre for Geo-informatics Application in Rural Development (CGARD), National Institute of Rural Development and Panchayati Raj (NIRDPR), Hyderabad proposes to engage the services of suitable candidates on contract basis to work at NRSC/ NIRDPR for the project ‘Geo-MGNREGA (Applications Development & Infrastructure) Implementation initially for the period of one year (depending upon satisfactory performance, likely to be extendable for further period of one year or co-terminus with the project period whichever is less). The details of qualifications, experience, remuneration, etc. are as follows:-

Project Scientist –RS/GIS	06	M Sc in Agricultural Sciences (Specialization in Soil Science/Agronomy / Agricultural meteorology/ Plant Physiology) with B Sc in Agriculture. OR M Sc in Forestry (including specialization in Agroforestry / Forest Biology / Forest Management) with B Sc (Forestry) (Professional Degree programme). OR M Sc in Environmental Sciences with B Sc in Botany / Forestry / Environmental Sciences. OR M Sc in Geography with B Sc Degree.
