17th July to 10th August 2018 till 11:59 PM, by logging on to the website with
http://www.yspuniversity.ac.in. thereafter the link will be disabled. No offline application form will be accepted by the University.
Dr. YSP University Recruitment 2018 - 20 Junior Office Assistant (IT) Posts
a) Essential Qualification:
- 10+2 from a recognized Board of School Education/University.
- One-year Diploma in Computer Science/ Computer Application/ Information Technology from a recognized University/Institution.
- Computer typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi.
OR
- 10+2 from a recognized Board of School Education/University.
- ‘O’ or ‘A’ level Diploma from National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT).
- Computer typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi.
OR
- 10+2 from a recognized Board of School Education/University.
- Diploma in Information Technology (IT) from a recognized ITI/ Institution.
- Computer typing speed of 30 words per minute in English or 25 words per minute in Hindi.
b) Desirable Qualification: Knowledge of customs, manners, and dialects of Himachal Pradesh and suitability for appointment in the peculiar conditions prevailing in the Pradesh.

1. Before applying online, the candidates are advised to go through the detailed advertisement carefully and ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria.
2. The candidate must be a
bonafide resident of
Himachal Pradesh.
3. The candidate should enter his/her particulars i.e. Name, Father’s Name & Date of Birth, strictly as per his/her Matriculation Certificate.
4. The candidate must provide valid e-mail and mobile number at the time of registration. Please note that e-mail can be used for filling up one application form. Multiple Application Forms cannot be filled by using same e-mail ID.
5. Intimation in connection with written objective type examination/further recruitment process will be sent to the candidates on their registered e-mail as well as a registered mobile number only. No separate intimation in this regard will be sent by post.
6. It is suggested that the candidates should keep their e-mail logged in at the time of registration.
7. Before applying online, the candidates should keep the following documents/certificates ready with them:-
- All educational qualification certificates.
- Scanned image of the latest passport size photograph (Size maximum of 100 KB with Resolution minimum of 200 x 250 Pixels) and scanned signature (Size maximum of 50 KB with Resolution minimum of 250 x 60 Pixels), both in .jpg/.jpeg/.png format only.
- Employment Registration Card.
- Backward Area/Panchayat, Landless family/family having less than 1 hectare land, Non-Employment/Income, Certificate(s), if any.
- BPL/Widow/Divorced/Destitute/Single Women; Single Daughter/Orphan, Certificate(s), if any.
- Differently Abled Certificate, if any.
- NCC/NSS/Scout & Guides, Certificate(s), if any.
- Medal winner in National level sports competition, Certificate, if any.

The downloaded copy of the online application form along with necessary original certificates and their self-attested photocopies must be brought at the time of Documentation/ Evaluation by the candidates, shortlisted after written objective type examination and typing test.
