Foreman (Chemical) Trainee	02-SC	i) Diploma in Engineering in Chemical / Petrochemical /Chemical Technology /Petrochemical Technology with minimum 55% marks. ii) To be taken as Trainee for a minimum period of one-year training with a stipend.
Foreman (Electrical) Trainee	01-UR	i) Diploma in Engineering in Electrical / Electrical &Electronics with minimum55% marks. ii) To be taken as Trainee for a minimum period of one-year training with a stipend.
Operator (Fire) Trainee	03-UR	i) Bachelor Degree in Science (B.Sc.) with subjects of physics, Chemistry &Mathematics with minimum50% marks or B.Sc.(Honours) in Chemistry with minimum 50% marks. ii) To be taken as Trainee for a minimum period of one-year training with a stipend.
Operator (Chemical) - Trainee	10 (5-UR, 3-OBC, 3-ST)	i) 10+2 or equivalent with minimum 06 months Fireman's Training course. Driving License for heavy vehicle / Fire Tenders; Proficiency in operating the pump / other firefighting equipment. ii) 2 years Post Qualification Experience in line.
Technician (Electrical) - Trainee	01-OBC	i) Metric plus ITI Tradesman ship/ National apprenticeship certificate in Electrical /Wireman trade. ii) To be taken as Trainee for a minimum period of one-year training with a stipend.
Technician (Mechanical) - Trainee	02-OBC	i) Matric plus ITI Tradesman ship/ National apprenticeship certificate in Fitter / DieselMechanic / Machinist / Turner trade. ii) To be taken as Trainee for a minimum period of one-year training with a stipend.

Application Fee:

Candidates belonging to General and OBC category are required to pay a nonrefundable application fee of 50/- (Rupees fifty only).
SC/ ST/ PH candidates are exempted from payment of above fees.
Payment can be made through net-banking / credit card/debit card only.
No other mode of payment will be accepted

Selection Methodology:

The selection process will involve Written Test and/ or Trade Test and/ or Endurance Test and/or Proficiency Test as applicable.
The list of eligible candidates shortlisted for undergoing Written Test and/or Trade Test and/or Endurance Test and/or Proficiency Test will be made available at BCPL Website along with venue, date and time.
A candidate will have to secure a minimum of 50% in the written test to qualify for further consideration. Relaxation of marks in case of SC/ST/PWD candidates will be applicable as per Government guidelines.
Shortlisted candidates, in the ratio of 1:4 (four candidates against one post) subject to securing minimum qualifying marks in the written test will be required to undergo Trade Test and/or Endurance Test and/or Proficiency Test as applicable conducted by a duly constituted committee.
