UKPSC has announced recruitment notification for the post of Civil Judge, eligible candidates can submit their application before 29-10-2018.
Selection Procedure
as per notification, Selection will be done on the basis of Preliminary and Main Written Examination. After that shortlisted candidates called for viva voice.
1. For Preliminary written Entrance (Screening) Examination:- The preliminarily written entrance examination paper will be divided into two parts. Part-I will contain 50 marks and Part-11 will contain 150 marks. There will be an objective type test on the following subjects:-
- Part-I:- General Knowledge. It will include day to day happenings around India and the World, particularly in the legal spheres. The questions may relate mainly to international Jaw, neutrality, recent legislation pronouncement particularly Indian Constitution, law and development and legal aspects but it will not be confined to this only.
- Part-II:- It will cover the following Acts and Laws - Transfer of Properties Act, Principle of Hindu Laws and Principle of Muslim Laws, Evidence Act, Code of Criminal Procedure, Indian Penal Code, Civil Procedure Code.
2. For Main written Examination and Viva-voice Examination Interview):- The examination will include the following subjects; each subject will carry the number of marks shown against it:-
- The Present Day:- 150 Marks,
- Language:- 100 Marks,
- Law: Paper I - Substantive Law:- 200 Marks,
- Law: Paper II - Evidence & Procedure:- 200 Marks,
- Law: Paper III - Revenue & Criminal:- 200 Marks,
- For Basic Knowledge of computer Operation Practical Examination:- 100 Marks,
- Viva-Voce:- 100 Marks,
How to Apply
1. Candidates should use their mobile number and E-mail ID for registering under One Time Registration (OTR).
2. One Mobile number and One E-mail ID can be used only once for registering under One Time Registration (OTR).
3. After registering, the candidate should always keep their E-mail ID and password secure.
4. Candidates should create only one profile in OTR. Candidature of the candidates having more than one OTR will be treated as canceled.
5. Candidates are advised to fill their particulars in the OTR attentively. Mistakes in a profile can be rectified by emailing the issues at
[email protected] with proof.

7. For one time registration (OTR), candidates can visit www.ukpsconline.in or www.ukpsc.gov.in.
8. Detailed information is available for registration and profile creation under OTR at www.ukpsconline.in or www.ukpsc.gov.in.
9. Candidates can update pertinent information in their profile from time to time.
10. Candidates can print their profile information using “View and Print Profile” link in OTR.
11. Candidate will be able to apply against various advertisements published by UKPSC through OTR only.
12. No fees will be charged for profile creation in OTR.
13. Candidates are advised to collect all the relevant information related to the OTR before filling it.
14. During Registration, if OTP is not received on registered mobile, candidates can check their E-mail ID for the same.
15. Candidature of candidates feeding false information would be treated as Cancelled and would be liable to be debarred from future exams held by UKPSC.
16. Information given in the application form of the candidate will be considered as final.
17. Candidates can pay the fee for the application form by credit/ debit card/ net banking etc on or before
29th October 2018 till
11:59 P.M.
