1. The selected candidates will be required to serve at any of the already constituted NCL T benches or benches to be constituted in future in different parts of the country in a phased manner with All India transfer liability as per availability of the vacancies/ exigencies of work.
2. Qualifications criteria:- as per the provisions of Section 409 (2) of the Companies Act, 2013, a person shall not be qualified for appointment as Judicial Member unless he/ she:- (a) is, or has been, a judge of a High Court, or (b) is, or has been, a District Judge for at least five years, or (c) has, for at least ten years been an advocate of a court.
Explanation:- For the purposes of clause (c), in computing the period during which a person has been an advocate of a court, there shall be included any period during which the person has held judicial office or the office of a member of a tribunal or any post, under the Union or a State, requiring special knowledge of law after he become an advocate.
3. How to Apply Interested persons may apply for the posts on the portal https://apptrbmembermca.gov.in from 24.08.2018 till 14th September 2018 at 05:30 PM. Print out of the applications after final submission on online portal duly completed and through proper channel, wherever applicable, should reach to Shri Amar Singh Meena, Director, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Room No 530, A 'Wing, 5th floor, Shastri Bhawan, New Delhi - 110001 latest by 24th September 2018.
