Applications are invited for the 02 (two) Group 'C' posts in Pay Level 2/3, Basic pay Rs 19,900/ 21,700/- (equivalent to Pay Band Rs 5,200-20,200 Grade Pay Rs 1,900-2,000 as per 6th CPC) against Cultural Quota for Headquarter of East Central Railway Hajipur in the following discipline:-
1. Light Music Singer (Male) - 1 Post
2. Classical Dance (Female) - 1 Post

Essential Qualification:
(i) 12th pass with 50% marks or it's equivalent
(ii) Possession of degree/ diploma/ certificate in concerned discipline from Government recognized Institute.

Essential Qualification:
(i) Experience in the field and performance have given on AIR/ Doordarshan etc.
(ii) Prizes won at National Level.

Age Limit: 18-30 Years [Upper age relaxation of 05 years for SC/ ST candidates, 03 years for OBC candidates and 10 years for Physically Challenged Person.]

Application Fee (Refundable)

1. Rs 500/- (Rupees Five Hundred Only): For all candidates,
2. Rs 250/- (Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Only): For candidate belonging to SC/ ST/ Ex-Servicemen/ PWD/ Women/ Minorities and Economic Backward Class, Fee in the shape of crossed IPO/ Demand Draft in favor of PFA, East Central Railway and payable at Hajipur.

How to Apply

The given format should be neatly typed or hand has written either in English or Hindi on an A-4 size paper and should be filled in own handwriting. One recent passport size photograph duly signed to be pasted on the application form.
The candidates should send the application along with necessary certificates/ documents to the

Hajipur, Distt.-Vaishali,
Bihar - 844101 by ordinary post so as to reach on or before the last date mentioned above.
The envelope containing the application with all enclosures should clearly be superscribed "Application against Cultural Quota", " Employment Notice No. ECR/HRD/RecWCultural Quota/2018-19" and " Level/Basic pay" on the top of the envelope. More than one application in one envelope will be rejected.
The following enclosures should be attached with the application:-

(a) Two similar passport size photographs (same as affixed in the application form duly signed on the top) should be clipped along with the Application Form.
(b) Indian Postal Order of prescribed amount (in favor of 'PFA, East Central Railway' payable at Hajipur).
(c) RTGS form and necessary proof for claiming fee refund.
(d) Self-attested copies of certificates in support of age, educational qualification and sports achievements.
(e) Self-attested copy of caste certificate in case of SC/ST candidates or current non-creamy layer certificate in case of OBC candidates, (valid for Central Government Service) issued by the competent authority should be enclosed.
(f) In case of serving employee "No Objection Certificate" from the employer should be attached.

Procedure for Recruitment:

Selection will be conducted through written test and Full Signature of the candidate assessment of talent in the relevant field on the basis of Practical Demonstration and testimonials/ Prizes etc.
