Mumbai Port Trust has announced recruitment notification for the post of Advisor, eligible candidates can submit their application before 29-10-2018.
Education/ Professional Qualification/ Experience
- A Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- A Degree in Law (LLB) from the recognized university will be preferred.
- A member of Institute of Engineers/ Fellow of Institute of Valuers.
- Conversant with provisions of Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- Conversant with provisions of Law of Arbitration and Conciliation, 1996.
- Should have experience of dredging of Minimum 3 years.
- Minimum 25 years of experience in Port Sector/ related infrastructure.
- Worked in Senior Management and leadership position for at least 10 years in Port Sector.
- Proven record in the above field.
