Bangladeshi Professor M. Yunus awarded with Lamp of Peace of Saint Francis

Bangladeshi social entrepreneur- Muhammad Yunus awarded with 'Lamp of Peace of Saint Francis' by the Vatican to establishing peace and harmony.
The award ceremony was held at Historic Papal Basilica of Assisi in Italy.
In 2006, M. Yunus was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize for founding the Grameen Bank and pioneering the concepts of microcredit and microfinance.
Firstly, this award was given to the Polish trade union leader Lech Walesa in 1981.
Dalai Lama, Mikhail Gorbachev, and Angela Merkel are a few famous personalities who received this award.
