- Bhagat Singh Koshyari (age 77 years) appointed as new Governor of Maharashtra state.
- Arif Mohammed Khan (age 68 years) appointed as new Governor of Kerala state.
- Bandaru Dattatraya (age 72 years) will be the new Governor of Himachal Pradesh state.
- Kalraj Mishra (age 78 years) takes charge as new Governor of Rajasthan state.
- Dr. Tamilisai Soundararajan (age 58 years) is the new Governor of Telangana state.
