Radha Krishna Mathur takes charge as Lt. Governor of Ladakh

Radha Krishna Mathur (age 65 years) appointed as the first Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh union territory.
The Chief Justice of J&K High Court Gita Mittal (age 60 years) administered him the oath of office and Secrecy at the Sindhu Sanskriti auditorium.
R. K. Mathur is a retired IAS officer 1977 batch cadre of Tripura.
Prior to this, he served as the Chief Information Commissioner of India (CIC) up to 2016-18. He also served as the Defence Production Secretary of India from 1st October 2012 to 24th May 2013.
