Sudhaker Shukla elected as whole-time IBBI Member

The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) led by Prime Minister Modi approved the appointment of Sudhaker Shukla as a whole-time member of IBBI for 5 years.
Due to this appointment, the total strength of the IBBI Governing Board has increased 10.
The Governing Board Members of IBBI consists of a 3-Chairman, 3 whole-time members, 4 Ex-officio, and 2 part-time members.
